Medical imaging equipments primarily find application in obtaining images of internal body organs, tissues by using non-invasive methods. Commonly used imaging equipment includes X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, mammography and fluoroscopy.
